The order includes the delivery of diesel oil to the Ordering Party's tanks in an estimated amount:
1) for the Municipal Communications Company Sp. z o.o.:
a) "standard" diesel fuel – 950 000 liters,
(b) diesel fuel "improved low-temperature characteristics"
– 90 000 litres.
2) for the Municipal Water and Sewer Company Sp. z o.o.:
a) "standard" diesel fuel – 80,000 litres,
(b) diesel fuel "improved low-temperature characteristics"
– 8 000 litres.
3) for the Municipal Economy Company “Saniko” Sp. z o.o.:
a) "standard" diesel fuel – 290 000 liters,
(b) diesel fuel "improved low-temperature characteristics"
190,000 litres.
4) for the Municipal Power Company of Heat Energy Sp. z o.o.:
a) "standard" diesel fuel – 38,000 litres.

4) For Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. z o.o.
a) Diesel fuel ON "standard" - 38 000 liters
2. Diesel oil shall meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels according to:
1) PN-EN 590 - Fuels for motor vehicles - Diesel fuels - Requirements and test methods.
2) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended).
3) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 247).
3 The indicated size of the contract, specified in point 1, is an estimate and will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party.
4. Any reduction of the estimated amount of fuel specified in point 1 shall not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, except for the settlement for the actual consumption
fuel at the prices specified in the tender documentation and contract. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of reducing the amount of fuel specified in point 1 by a maximum of 20%.
5. If the Arctic diesel purchase limit is not used, this limit is transferred to the purchase of "standard" diesel oil (applies to MPK Sp. z o.o., MPWiK Sp. z o.o., PGK "Saniko").
6. At the same time, the Contracting Authority provides for the option of increasing the quantity of purchased fuel beyond the expected quantity specified in point 1. Within the framework of the right of option, the Ordering Party reserves the right to place an extended order:
1) Up to 10% of the basic contract, specified in point 1, for Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjnego Sp. z o.o. in Włocławek, concerning standard ON.
2) Up to 20% of the basic contract referred to in point 1 for Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Włocławek
3) Up to 20% of the basic contract, specified in point 1, for Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. z o.o. in Włocławek,
4) Up to 20% of the basic order, specified in point 1, for Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej "Saniko" Sp. z o.o. in Włocławek
7. Fuel delivery will take place in parts, successively, with the frequency resulting from the needs of the Ordering Party.
8. Oil deliveries will be made by the Contractor's transport, at its expense and risk, by special tank trucks, including in relation to MPK Sp. z o.o. tank trucks with a capacity of at least 18,000 liters, equipped with distribution and measurement systems with valid verification confirmed by a certificate of validity issued by the Office of Measures.
9. Diesel fuel shall be delivered to the storage place indicated by the Ordering Party.
10. The diesel fuel supplied must be microbiologically clean and resistant to possible biological contamination in tanks, service station installations and buses and other motor vehicles.
11. The contractor is obliged to supply diesel oil only from current production (maximum three months from the date of production) and guarantees its durability (suitability for use) for a period of at least three months from the date of delivery.
12. The Contractor shall provide a valid diesel manufacturer's quality certificate for each delivery, issued by an accredited laboratory.
