The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate, including real estate on which summer houses are located, or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes in the commune of Ozorków (hereinafter referred to as the commune) and equipment , collection (transport) and management of municipal waste from the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Modlna (hereinafter referred to as point). The subject of the order has been specified in detail in the Specification of Essential Terms of the Order together with attachments, including a detailed description of the subject of the order.

The subject of the contract includes only municipal waste, which is understood as waste generated in households, excluding end-of-life vehicles, as well as waste not containing hazardous waste from other waste producers, which due to their nature or composition is similar to waste generated in households (as defined in the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste, Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended).
