The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive IT services supporting the implementation of current tasks of the IT Office), by hiring Consultants with the required competences.

The proceedings are conducted in order to conclude a framework agreement in accordance with Article 311(1)(1) of the PPL, As a result of the proceedings, a framework agreement will be concluded, on the basis of which contracts will be awarded between the Contracting Authority and the Contractors who are parties to the framework agreement. The Contracting Authority shall conclude a framework agreement with 10 (ten) Contractors whose bids will be evaluated the highest using the selection criteria. If bids not subject to rejection are submitted by fewer than 10 Contractors, the Contracting Authority shall conclude a framework agreement with all Contractors.

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive IT services supporting the implementation of current tasks of the IT Office (BI), by hiring Consultants with the required competences. Consultants will be entrusted with tasks in such competence areas as:

a) administration of IT infrastructure,

b) maintenance of IT systems,

c) ensuring the security of IT systems,

d) software development and maintenance,

e) automation of software tests,

f) infrastructure support (help desk),

g) computer network administration,

h) analysis of business processes for the purpose of building IT software,

i) maintenance and development of the educational platform (Moodle),

(j) maintenance and development of the learning platform (edX).

The estimated number of hours of service provision for all competencies during the term of the framework agreement is 57,730.
