The object of the order is: the execution of the design documentation for the construction of the construction of the gas network in msc. Gdańsk 28 Ivy Street, p. 145/3; UP/00433822.

Material scope:

— gas pipeline ś/c dn 63 PE, L = approx. 67,0 [m],

— connection ś/c dn 32 PE, L = approx. 6.0 [m], Id. 145/3, pcs. 1,

— gas cabinet, pcs. 1

Based on the conditions of connection to the gas network, as set out in Annex 2 to the contract.

1) the implementation of the construction project, the executive and the object of the works for the task of the following: “The execution of the project documentation for the construction of the construction of the gas network in msc. Gdańsk 28 Ivy Street, p. 145/3; UP/00433822, 'based on the terms of connection in Annex 2 to the Agreement;

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
