The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and separately collected municipal waste from inhabited properties and a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) from the Śrem Commune in 2023 – in accordance with Table No. 1 and Table No. 2 contained in Annex 6 to the SWZ. It is permissible for the Contractor to use the reloading station available to the Contractor (i.e. at the Disposal of the Contractor) before the final transport of municipal waste to the recovery installation. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.
4.1 The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and separately collected municipal waste from inhabited properties and a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) from the Śrem Commune in 2023 – in accordance with Table No. 1 and Table No. 2 contained in Annex 6 to the SWZ. It is permissible for the Contractor to use the reloading station available to the Contractor (i.e. at the Disposal of the Contractor) before the final transport of municipal waste to the recovery installation.
4.2 The Contractor will be obliged to accept municipal waste included in the part of the contract referred to in point 4.1 from the entity collecting municipal waste from the property owners indicated by the Ordering Party, successively in quantities depending on the amount of waste collected from the property owners.
4.3 The Contractor undertakes to accept waste included in the part of the contract referred to in point 3.1 on working days from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 18:00 and – on Saturdays from 7:00 to 13:00, excluding public holidays. After agreement between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, it is possible to change the days and hours of waste acceptance in the installation (or: the transshipment station).
