This contract is divided into 2 lots.
The purpose of lot 1 is the issuance of meal vouchers in electronic format and the provision of services relating to the issuance of cards for the staff of the Communal Administration and the Public Centre for Social Action of Wanze (CPAS), the non-profit association Vive le Sport, Aide Action Médiation and the Regional Centre for Research and Social Action on Family Issues (CRAF), Associations governed by the law of 8/07/1976 (joint market).
Lot 1 comes into force on January 1, 2024 (supply in February 2024 of the January 2024 meal vouchers) and will end on December 31, 2027 (supply in January 2028 of the December 2027 meal vouchers).
The face value of the electronic meal voucher is 8 EUROS.
The purpose of lot 2 is to issue food vouchers in paper format for aid from the CPAS of Wanze.
Lot 2 comes into force on January 1, 2024 and will end on December 31, 2024. (see contract documents)
