SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive services commissioned by the Police in the field of round-the-clock storage (security) along with towing (transport) in parking lots guarded vehicles and their parts secured by the Police for procedural (evidence) purposes in the Malopolska Region - task No. 1 KMP Kraków

2) The scope of basic activities included in each towing and parking order includes:

(a) acceptance of the order and its documentation by the service,

b) arrival of the "tug" at a specified time to the place of the vehicle indicated by the Police (parts of vehicles, objects subject to protection), waiting for the possibility of taking loading activities no longer than 1 hour,

c) loading the vehicle (vehicle parts, objects subject to protection) onto the towing vehicle,

d) transport and unloading of the vehicle (vehicle parts, objects subject to security) in the Contractor's parking lot along with their protocol acceptance by the dispatching service of the car park,

e) parking (storage) of the vehicle (vehicle parts, objects subject to security) in the Contractor's parking lot until it remains at the disposal of the Police,

f) making the vehicle (parts of vehicles, objects subject to security) available for inspection (tests) to authorized persons indicated by the Police unit for the needs of which the vehicle was secured and each time documenting this fact by the parking lot dispatching service

3) The expected quantities of towing and parking days for each of the units covered by the contract are included in Annex 2 to the SWZ (price form).

4) Technical and organizational requirements to be met by a serviced car park in order for the Contractor to provide towing/transport and parking services are specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ.

5) The minimum number of parking spaces that the Contractor must have for the needs of the Police has been specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ.

6) The provision of comprehensive services in the scope of the contract in question will take place in accordance with the current needs of the Police, therefore the contracting authority reserves the right to change the order in relation to the number of services specified in the SWZ in cases where they differ from the actual needs of the Police in this respect. At the same time, the Contracting Authority determines the minimum level of implementation of each task at the level of 70% of the value of a given task.

4) The provision of comprehensive services in the scope of the contract in question will take place in accordance with the current needs of the Police, therefore the contracting authority reserves the right to change the order in relation to the number of services specified in the SWZ in cases where they differ from the actual needs of the Police in this respect. 5) ATTENTION! In the case of this task, the scope of required services is limited to towing vehicles (vehicle parts) to the KMP Tarnów car park located at Tarnów, Jastruna 4, 33-100 Tarnów – i.e. the activities specified in points 2a)-2d).

c) loading the vehicle (vehicle parts, objects subject to protection) onto the towing vehicle,

d) transport and unloading of the vehicle (vehicle parts, objects subject to security) in the Contractor's parking lot along with their protocol acceptance by the dispatching service of the car park,
