Order

The purpose of this tender is to contract the most suitable supplier for carrying out catering at the locations of the municipal shelter Ukraine (GOO) of the municipality of Apeldoorn. In any case, the assignment includes:

- providing breakfast;

- providing lunch;

- providing dinner;

- possibility to compose breakfast / packed lunch.

Contract

Through this European tender, the contracting authority wishes to contract one supplier for a maximum period of four years. The intended effective date of the agreement is 1 December 2023 and the agreement runs until 30 November 2024. Subsequently, the agreement can be extended a maximum of six times for 6 months. An active cancellation is used. This means that the assignment will in principle be extended, unless the agreement is expressly terminated by the client.
