The district office of Central Saxony intends to build the new rescue station Döbeln. The measure will be financed by the own resources of the district of Mittelsachsen. Specialist planning Structural design of the work phases (LPH) 1 to 6 according to HOAI § 51 ff in conjunction with Annex 14, stepwise commissioning.

The District Office of Central Saxony intends to build the new rescue station Döbeln, Mastener Str. 15, 04720 Döbeln. The measure will be financed by the own resources of the district of Mittelsachsen. Total cost framework (KG 200-700): currently approx. EUR 3.345 million gross.

The client (Client) intends to commission the work phases (Lph) 1 to 6 of the specialist planning service structural design according to HOAI § 51 ff. in conjunction with Annex 14. The assignment is carried out in stages.

Upon completion of the open procedure, work phases 1-3 will initially be contractually commissioned. The contractor is obliged to provide the services of the further performance levels if the period between the commissioning of the last performance level to the commissioning of the further performance level is not more than 2 years and the customer has announced the transfer in good time, i.e. at least 4 weeks in advance, and the customer transfers it to him. The client reserves the right to limit the order to partial services of individual service levels. The contractor cannot derive an increase in his fee from the step-by-step commissioning.

The phased assignment is subject to securing financing by the client and subject to the fact that the contractor guarantees proper, high-quality and timely performance of the service.

If the tendered work phases are commissioned, the order is expected to end in December 2026 (completion LPH 8).
