The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest protection, fire protection, logging and logging, maintenance of forestry facilities and hunting management in LZD Siemianice in the years 2020–2021. The estimated value of the contract indicated in point II.1.5 is the sum of the value of the basic contract and the envisaged contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 Public Procurement Law in the amount of 30% of the basic order and options (20% of the value of the basic order).

The contracting authority requires a deposit.
