The subject of the order is the delivery of eight trucks with garbage truck with the provision that two vehicles will be delivered to the Contracting Authority under sales contracts and six vehicles will be placed under lease agreements to the Ordering Party under lease agreements. The Contracting Authority shall allow submission of partial tenders for individual parts of the order. The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more of the following parts of the order:

1) PART NO 1 OF THE ORDER — “Delivery of a truck with garbage truck under the contract of sale under part no 1 of the order”,

2) PART NO 2 OF THE ORDER — “Delivery of a truck with garbage truck under the contract of sale under part no 2 of the order”,

3) PART NO 3 OF THE ORDER — “Lease of three trucks with garbage truck built-in under part No. 3 of the order”.

4) PART NO 4 OF THE ORDER — “Lease of three trucks with garbage truck built-in under part No. 4 of the order”.

1.The Contractor will deliver the purchased vehicle to the Purification Plant of the City, 48 Nowodworska Street, 59-220 Legnica. The vehicle delivered to the Contracting Authority should be technically efficient. 2.On the day of delivery of the vehicle, the Contractor should provide the relevant documentation for that vehicle to the Contractor, i.e.: (a) Vehicle registration certificate (vehicle to be registered in Poland), (b) Vehicle card, c) Insurance policy vehicle from civil liability (policy to apply on the day of delivery of the vehicle to the Ordering Party). 3.Characteristics of the vehicle. (a) chassis characteristics ፦3-axle chassis with DMC min. 26.000 kg, -year of production min. 2016 with a mileage of up to 80.000 km, -diesel engine 6 cylinder with a minimum power 300 hp and meeting the emission standard min. EURO 6, -engine with capacity 7-11 liters, -fully automatic or semi-automatic transmission, -digital tachograph, -side anti-bike guards, -factory power take-off from engine, -differential lock, -rear air suspension, -torsion axle behind the drive axle, -tires size 315/80/R22.5, -3-seat cabin: air driver's seat with built-in seat belt + 2 separate seats for operation equipped with seat belts, -12V + 24 V socket on the dashboard, -rearview mirrors electrically controlled and heated, -exhaust facing upwards, -daytime running lights, -reverse gear buzzer, -caution lighting mounted on the cabin (LED beam), -electrically controlled windows, -factory air-condition. b) installation characteristics ፦built-up suitable for receiving waste from containers 60, 120, 240 and 1100 liters. -box box uniform (dependent, not split), -drain fitting in the loading bath with ball valve, -the ability to control the loading mechanism in the automatic and single cycle, -the ability to control the push plate (ejection and retraction) from the station outside the vehicle with side tray or from the driver's cab, -release system of jammed items, -two safety switches (emergency stop) located on both sides of the built-in, -automatic control of engine rotations depending on the load on the hydraulic system, -two steps for loaders, -lighting according to the current provisions: brake, parking lights, turn indicators and alarm light “cock” at the rear of the vehicle, -working headlamp on the rear of the building, -the possibility of manual control of the crush cycle, -built-in made in accordance with PN-EN 1501-1 standard or equivalent, -camera located with Rear built-in and monitor placed in the cab of the vehicle compatible with the control panel. c) warranty period and warranty for defects: The Contractor shall provide warranties and warranties for defects on the delivered vehicle for a period of min. 1 month, counting from the transfer of the vehicle to the Ordering Party.

(c) warranty period and warranty for defects: The Contractor shall provide warranties and warranties for defects on the delivered vehicle for a period of min. 1 month, counting from the transfer of the vehicle to the Ordering Party.

EURO 5, -engine with a capacity of 6-12 liters, -automatic or manual transmission, or automated, -rear air suspension - dual-channel control, -cab having min. 3 seats, -12V socket + 24 V on the dashboard, -adjustable steering wheel, -remote control with switch batteries masses from the key, or mechanical circuit breaker, -electronic module for Body manufacturers with additional functions by CAN rail, -reverse gear buzzer, -blower socket on the center console; b) the body characteristics ፦box fitting (single chamber or multi-chamber) with rear loading device, intended for collecting solid waste collected in municipal containers, secondary raw materials and large waste, -capacity of cargo box min. 14m3, -drain fitting in the loading bath with ball valve, -the possibility of controlling the mechanism loading in automatic and single cycle - the ability to control the push plate (ejection and retraction) from the station outside the vehicle on the side of the trunk or from the driver's cab, -release system of jammed items, -two safety switches (emergency stop) placed after both built-in sides, -automatic control of engine rotations depending on the load on the hydraulic system, -loading device uniform, universal, i.e. adapted to cooperate with containers with a capacity of 60 to 1100 liters and equipped with tilting arms for containers with a capacity of 1100 liters, -two steps for loaders, -lighting according to the current regulations: brake, parking lights, turn signals and alarm light “cock” on the rear of the vehicle, -working headlight on the rear of the built-in, -the possibility of manual control of the crushing cycle, -built-in made according to the standard PN- EN 1501-1 or equivalent, -camera located at the rear of the built-in and a monitor located in the cab of the vehicle compatible with the control panel.
