1. The scope of works includes:
a) restoration of ditches carried out mechanically with the transport of spoil (excess of land to be managed by the contractor on its own);
b) manual cutting and grubbing up of rare bushes and plating;
c) planting slopes and excavation bottoms;
d) overestimated felling and replenishment of undervalued shoulders;
e) planting slopes and the crown of embankments (in accordance with the technical specifications) and removing excess soil.
2. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road, road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of works covered by the contract on the basis of a draft traffic organization approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads, i.e. the Director of the ZDW in Lublin.
3. The Contractor should own or conclude at his own expense a civil liability insurance contract for the duration of the services covered by the contract.
