1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Knurów.

2. The detailed scope of the contract shall be defined by the model contract and the Detailed Subject Description of the Order (SOPZ) which are annexes to the SWZ. The Contractor shall consult the SWZ and its attachments and fulfill the order under the terms and conditions described therein.

1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Knurów.

2. The scope of services includes:

1) the provision of the service of the collection of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK),

2) equipping the indicated properties - waste collection places - MGO with containers and / or bags for collecting municipal waste in an amount ensuring proper performance of the subject of the contract and meeting all requirements as to capacity and functional and functional requirements, as well as applicable Polish Standards,

3) the provision of a service for the collection of large-sized waste from inhabited single-family property,

4) providing a service for the collection of expired medicines from indicated pharmacies,

5) provision of the service of collection of small waste electrical and electronic equipment from Municipal Electro-Waste Points (MPE),

6) maintenance of containers provided by the Contractor as part of the order in MGO in proper sanitary and technical condition and repair and replacement of containers in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party contained in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter SOPZ,

7) collection of municipal waste from places not intended for their storage and storage within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, i.e. liquidation of "wild landfills" from places indicated by the Ordering Party in municipal areas according to reported needs,

8) organizing a customer service point in Knurów, which will be used for direct contact between property owners and the Contractor, among others in order to provide information related to the provision of services and submit comments. The point should operate for the entire duration of the contract for a minimum of 2 hours a day, with the exception of public holidays, i.e. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 to 10:00 and on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 17:00. Information about the contact telephone number, location and opening hours of the point will be published by the Contractor on its website. The service point will provide property owners with the opportunity to stock up on waste collection bags free of charge.

9) delivery of waste bags and collection of collected municipal waste on dates and places indicated by the Ordering Party in connection with the needs resulting from activities initiated by the Knurów City Hall, residents or educational units (cleaning of the city area related to, for example, the Cleaning the World action) at least 2 times in 2023 and 2024 and a minimum of 1 time in 2025.

10) transfer of collected unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste to Municipal Installations (CI) and collected municipal waste: paper and cardboard, glass, plastics, metals and multi-material packaging as well as bio-waste, furniture and bulky waste in accordance with the submitted offer and requirements set out in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste to waste treatment installations (IPO) listed in Annex 8 to the model contract.

11) landscaping in accordance with Article 20 (1) and (2) of the Act on waste collected from the territory of the municipality of Knurów municipal waste.

3. The collection of municipal waste will be carried out in accordance with the schedule drawn up by the Contractor for the receipt of municipal waste from the property during the term of the contract.

4. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the model contract and the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ) constituting annexes to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to read the SWZ and its annexes and execute the contract on the terms and conditions described therein.
