Description:
Reception and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Drwinia

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the reception, transport and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Municipality of Drwinia, consisting of:

- to provide owners of the property with bags for municipal waste collected selectively and to prepare and deliver to residents, Schedules for the receipt of waste from the area of the Municipality of Drwinia for the year 2022",

- the performance of reporting and monthly reports,

A detailed description of the object of the order and its implementation is included in the Annex to the SWZ “Detailed Description of the Order Item”

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the reception, transport and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Municipality of Drwinia, consisting of:

- to provide owners of the property with bags for municipal waste collected selectively and to prepare and deliver to residents, Schedules for the receipt of waste from the area of the Municipality of Drwinia for the year 2022",

- the performance of reporting and monthly reports,

A detailed description of the object of the order and its implementation is included in the Annex to the SWZ “Detailed Description of the Order Subject”.

The estimated amount of all waste intended for collection, transport and development shall be 1,189.40 Mg, including:

20 03 01 - Unsegregated mixed municipal waste - 804.12 Mg

15 01 06 - Mixed packaging waste - 150.66 Mg

15 01 07 - Glass packaging - 120,86 Mg

20 02 01 - Biodegradable waste - 75.58 Mg

16 01 03 - Worn tyres - 4.4 Mg

20 03 07 - Bulky waste - 33.78 Mg

Attention:

The amount of actual collected and developed unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and received and processed selectively collected municipal waste may differ from the declared and will depend on the actual demand of the Contracting Authority, and the Contracting Authority will not incurred no consequences from this title. The quantities given in the description of the item /request of the order are only estimates.

Employment requirement on the basis of employment relationship

Requirements referred to in Article 95 Pzp.

1.Since the implementation of this contract must be carried out by performing the activities under the conditions laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974, the labour code - for the benefit of the contractor or subcontractor, at the place and time indicated by the contractor or subcontractor - the contractor, according to under Article 95 (1) of the act pzp requires the employment of persons carrying out activities entering the so-called direct costs on the basis of the employment relationship by the contractor or subcontractor. This requirement applies to persons who perform activities directly related to the performance of the services covered by the contract, namely the so-called manual workers in particular. :

1) related to the collection and export of municipal waste from property owners, in particular operators, drivers, loaders,

2) acting as coordinator (and, in his absence, deputy).

2. Method of documenting the employment of persons referred to in Article 95 of the pzp Act. The Contractor shall be obliged to submit to the Contracting Authority, on his request, documents proving the employment of the persons performing the activities referred to above documents, in particular a written declaration by the contractor or subcontractor confirming that employees of the contractor or subcontractor are employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - the Labor Code taking into account the minimum wage for work established pursuant to Article 2 (3-5) of the Act of 10 October 2002 on the minimum remuneration for work (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2177). This statement should include, in particular, the precise determination of the entity making the statement, the date of the declaration, the indication that the activities referred to in point 1 are carried out by persons employed under the employment contract together with an indication of the number of those persons, the type of employment contract and dimension the time and the signature of the person entitled to make a declaration on behalf of the contractor or subcontractor.

3. The contracting authority to control compliance by the contractor with the requirements referred to in Article 95 of the law pzp. are described in the draft contract annexed to the SWZ.

4. Sanctions for failure to comply with the requirements referred to above are set out in the draft agreement annexed to the SWZ
