The tender concerns daily internal cleaning of 11 locations at the Contracting Entity. 9 Fire stations, Technical Department and Alarm Centre/Administration in gear hall. The offered sites are listed in Appendix 2.
The other sites of the contracting entity are not included in this invitation to tender. At the same time, the contracting entity reserves the right to carry out minor cleaning tasks in the area of the above-mentioned premises.
The contracting entity's requirements for contract terms are set out in the draft Agreement (Appendix 6), while the wishes for the service are described in detail in the accompanying other annexes.
The term of the agreement is 24 months excluding the Contracting Entity's option to extend, cf. clause 1.3.
No control bids are submitted for the assignment.

Offers must be made for function-based cleaning.
The task description, including specification of the meaning of the program codes, is given in Appendix 1.
As a general rule, the locations are cleaned on all weekdays as well as holidays that fall on a weekday. On holidays that fall on a weekday, only minimum cleaning is carried out. Our Control Centre is the only location that needs cleaning on weekends.
The desired cleaning times for the respective locations are set out in Appendix 2. where any special considerations may also be included at the sites.
The cleaning frequencies (program codes) for the respective rooms are shown in Appendix 2, where for each location, building and floor, an inventory of the premises and measurement of the cleaning area, etc. has been carried out.
The offer must be calculated on the basis of the location data, room inventories, desired program codes, any mentioned special location considerations and the conditions observed during the inspections regarding accessibility, maintenance, surface materials, colors, dirt prevention and cleaning technical measures observed.
If the selected supplier can demonstrate area inaccuracies, in addition to +/- 3% in relation to the area of the individual site, as well as significant changes in the use of the premises with consequent changes in cleaning efforts, the supplier's documentation may be adjusted in the remuneration.
The supplier is obliged to provide all cleaning tools, materials, machines, carts, cleaning products, protective equipment, etc. that are necessary to perform the task. The supplier shall provide these cleaning utensils and cleaning products to the crew for cleaning their rooms every day of the week and common areas on weekends.
It is the responsibility and expense of each location that the necessary consumables (Hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) are purchased and stocked. However, the supplier must continuously and in good time inform the location about the quantity of stock so that the location can order new ones.
If the contracting entity's building stock changes or the contracting entity needs additional cleaning or services the supplier can offer, the Contracting Entity shall be able to purchase these for execution at both existing and any new locations.
If HBR's building stock or cleaning needs change, HBR can opt out of Sites up to a maximum of 25% of the total contract volume measured in DKK.
If HBR opts out of a Site, HBR must notify the Supplier no later than 3 months before the services are stopped at the deselected Location. When a Site is deselected, the Supplier's right to remuneration for Services at that Location lapses. In connection with the opt-out of a location (during the notice period), the Supplier is obliged - within the normal time consumption - to provide all of the services, at no extra charge at other Locations presented by the HBR.
