this public contract takes the form of a framework agreement, in accordance with the applicable provisions of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the Public Order Code. This is a mixed framework agreement: -For the reception services of OMR and bulky waste on the transit quay of Cannes: The services are concluded at fixed prices indicated in the Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (Dpgf) .-For the transport services of OMR/Bulky goods and the services of treatment of bulky items: The services are concluded at unit prices indicated in the Unit Price List (Bpu) .For the part treated at unit prices, in view of the extent of the needs to be met, the services will be executed by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code in force, without minimum threshold and with a maximum quantity of 75,000 tons of OMR and bulky items per year
