This contract concerns the provision of two versatile technicians ("handyman"):

- a handyman in full time, 52 weeks a year;

- a handyman in part time on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 52 weeks a year.

The days are 8 hours.

Handymen must meet the following requirements:

- be in order of authorization (cf. point 3.3.2) and medical examination by an approved R.I. doctor (the visit will be carried out by the IRE doctor at the time of entry into service);

- express themselves in French;

- B permit for more than 6 months;

- vaccinated hepatitis A at the time of entry into service;

- must have all the equipment necessary for its missions.

The handymen will be required to carry out the following missions (non-exhaustive list):

- small painting, plumbing, carpentry, etc. ;

- various repairs (furniture, hardware, etc.);

- assistance with the Maintenance of Buildings and Site according to the maintenance plan:

• maintenance of dishwashers;

• maintenance of premises;

• maintenance of sanitary facilities (showers, toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc.);

• maintenance des hydrants ;

• maintenance of outdoor tables and benches;

• reading of heat and water meters;

• etc.

- assistance in the various moves;

- assistance with the disinfection of the site following the Covid crisis;

- cleaning of service vehicles with car-wash: currently, the Handyman part time performs this task on Wednesdays all day, and on Thursday mornings;

etc.
