The IFV is looking for a Contractor who supports and takes care of the IFV on call when designing different communications expressions graphically. The IFV defines graphic design as translating communicative ideas into a graphic visual form. This translation consists of a creative process in which a graphic designer or designer uses his creative skills to create and advise on a graphic form.

Within this command, graphic design means:

> designing a graphic design;

> the design of a specific (project) style;

> the design of a means of communication (e.g. the Fire Department Newspaper);

> the design of graphic elements.
