The client uses several print media (e.g. flyers, posters, instruction sheets) and brochures in various formats to provide comprehensive information on the topics of occupational safety and health protection at work or to invite people to events or conferences.

In order to reach our target groups in the best possible way, the BGHM provides these information materials for member companies, vocational schools, etc. via an online shop.

The overall order essentially consists of the printing and delivery of print media and brochures in various formats and designs, taking into account environmentally friendly aspects.

The aim of this award procedure is to conclude two framework agreements with two qualified and independent printing companies for the fulfilment of the overall contract.

The required print media and brochures are divided as follows:

- Diverse Flyer

- Leporello

- Other leaflets

-Certificates

- posters

-Leaflets

- Brochures with different numbers of pages

A detailed description of the required print media and brochures can be found in the "11a_Preismatrix" file with the "Staffelpreisblatt_Printmedien" and "Staffelpreisblatt_Broschüren" sheets.

For each individual order per print item, the client will commission the more favorable contractual partner/contractor. A minimum purchase quantity is not agreed. The demand for print media and brochures can be unevenly distributed between the two contractors.

If one of the two contractors fails during the term or if there are contractual disruptions or poor performance, the other contractor should in principle be able to meet the remaining total volume.

The estimated total order value can be approx. €900,000/net in the maximum possible period until 31.12.2027. In addition to the costs for the production of print media and brochures, this estimate also includes all other costs incurred, e.g. the data transfer, the data check, the packaging, the free-to-use delivery as well as the compensation component for climate-neutral printing. This estimate does not include any additional costs due to the semi-annual, automatic price adjustments.

Regardless of the actual order quantity exercised, the orders will not exceed a sum of €1,300,000/net (maximum value) to both contractors together during the entire term of the framework agreement.
