Delivery of innovative pianos for the needs of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, divided into parts

The subject of the contract is the supply of innovative half-concert grand pianos of the master class.

The subject of the contract consists of two parts

Part 1

The subject of the contract under Part 1 is the supply of an innovative semi-concert grand piano of a master class equipped with a cover made of aluminum honeycomb with a grid made of fiberglass, with a system of transducers constructed on the basis of speaker technology attached to the soundboard, allowing, with the help of specialized software, to extract from the instrument any prepared sounds using a classic keyboard. The software allows, m.in, to freely tune the instrument in the desired scale and to work creatively on composing through the ability to mix various types of sounds and sounds.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is included in Annex 4 to the SWZ – "Description of needs and requirements". This description should be read along with changes in the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of answers to contractors' inquiries.

The subject of the contract also includes the preparation (tuning, adjustment, intonation and assembly of the Transducer system or equivalent, the description of equivalence being included in the OPZ) of the piano after bringing and placing in the place indicated by the Ordering Party at the headquarters of the Ordering Party, and technical inspections of the instrument during the warranty period – once every 12 months including tuning, adjustment and intonation.

Part 2

The subject of the contract under Part 2 is the supply of an innovative semi-concert grand piano of a master class equipped with a cover made of aluminum honeycomb with a mesh made of fiberglass, equipped with a specialized silencer to mute the sound of the instrument and a lever that reduces the depth of playing.

These functionalities allow you to restore the classic instrument to the possibility of both historical sound and historical keyboard depth settings.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is included in Annex 4 to the SWZ – "Description of needs and requirements". This description should be read along with changes in the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of answers to contractors' inquiries.

The subject of the contract also includes the preparation (tuning, adjustment) of the piano after bringing and placing in a place indicated by the Ordering Party at the Ordering Party's headquarters, and technical inspections of instruments during the warranty period – once every 12 months, including tuning, adjustment and intonation.
