This contract is a multi-year service contract within the meaning of Article 2, 21º of the Law of 17.6.2016, for the acquisition, maintenance and support of CA UIM licenses for the public service computer network of Wallonia.

The tenderer is requested to submit tenders for the various items listed in this CSC and the inventory.

These posts (further detailed in "Title IV Technical Requirements" of the CSC) are 5 in number and are as follows:

- item 1: acquisition of CA UIM licenses for the public service of Wallonia,

- item 2: maintenance of existing licenses on the computer network of the public service of Wallonia,

- item 3: acquisition and maintenance of license (s) included in the publisher catalog (excluding inventory),

- item 4: exceptional support services on request,

- item 5: services in project mode.
