The purpose of this contract is to entrust the holder with the operation of climate engineering installations comprising:

- production of heating and domestic hot water,

- distribution and heating emission,

- distribution of domestic hot water and water in general,

- ventilation (mechanical extraction, air handling units, air heaters, etc.), including ducts,

- electrical installations linked to the operation of heating and DHW installations (electrical cabinets, remote control, lighting, etc.),

- water treatment installations linked to the operation of heating and DHW installations (softeners, metering pumps, product injection pots, etc.),

- water treatment facilities.

Non-exhaustive list, refer to appendix 2 to the form used for the execution of the contract is mixed mono-contractor. P2 and P3 are fixed. The P5 is at unit price (with an annual maximum of 500,000 EUR excl. Tax).
