We are looking for a lead agency for the implementation of the communication concept for the location campaign for the district of Pinneberg.

The award procedure is carried out as a negotiated procedure with a competitive bidding process. The subject of this publication is the first phase, i.e. initially only the competition. Only then will selected applicants be invited to submit an offer.

The aim is to implement the 2022/23 communication concept, resulting in a campaign website with 2 functional levels. Functional level 1 is an information platform that provides information about the Pinneberg district as a business location and its strengths. The second functional level is a content hub. Here, content is provided, which is produced in cooperation and for the stakeholders of the campaign. The production of carbonates is a key part of the tender. The focus is on images, moving images and social media components. Another component of the call for proposals is the development and implementation of measures for stakeholder management as well as campaign advertising.

It is a so-called "two-stage" award procedure. In the first stage advertised here, only one application for participation must be submitted. All suitable applicants will then be invited to submit a bid in a second phase. Detailed information on the procedure of the stages and the respective requirements can be found in the tender documents, especially in the information sheet "Call for tenders for the implementation of a communication campaign.pdf".

The tender is carried out by the Central Procurement Office of the District of Pinneberg on behalf of the Economic Development and Development Agency of the District of Pinneberg (WEP) mbH. The latter becomes a contractual partner.
