The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices intended for arthroscopic procedures.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices intended for arthroscopic procedures, including various medical devices compatible with the Synegy 4K arthroscopic tower manufactured by Synegy and S. Smith. Arthrex owned by the Contracting Authority.

2. The performance of the subject of the contract is also specified in the draft contract contained in Chapter XX SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered medical devices:

a) were admitted to trading in the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act on medical devices,

b) correspond to the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 2A to the SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered medical devices:

a) were admitted to trading in the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act on medical devices,

b) correspond to the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 2A to the SWZ.

2. The performance of the subject of the contract is also specified in the draft contract contained in Chapter XX SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered medical devices:

a) were admitted to trading in the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act on medical devices,

b) correspond to the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 2A to the SWZ.
