New construction of a court building for civil and criminal law within the complex structure of the existing judicial district, hall building with 17 halls and infrastructure with connection to the existing building. Due to the complexity of the task, a well-coordinated planning team is sought.

The subject of the procedure are interdisciplinary planning services for building planning, structural planning, planning of technical equipment and services for fire protection in buildings. A maximum cost of EUR 42,000,000 (gross), cost groups 300 and 400 according to DIN 276-1: 2008-12, is planned for the measure.

In the second stage of the procedure, the selected applicants should propose solutions for the planning task in accordance with Section 76 (2) VgV, which are decisive for the selection of the contractor.

Architect services according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI, service phases 2-9, engineering services for structural engineering according to Part 4 Section 1 HOAI, service phases 2-9, engineering services for technical equipment according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI for system groups No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 and No. 8. according to Section 53 (2) HOAI, service phases 2-9 as well as fire protection services for buildings, performance levels 1-5 and 8.
