Works management service and safety coordination during the execution phase as part of the contract for the works of "Adaptation of Operational Docks 3rd Excerpt - Lot 4 - Yara South Quay".

Services making up the contract:

Works Management Service, testing assistance, acceptance tests for € 392,328.64;

Safety Coordination Service in Execution phase for € 139,150.27.

The basic amount of the tender subject to reduction is € 82,784.18 (corresponding to "expenses" and "ancillary charges", pursuant to Ministerial Decree 17.06.16 and according to the provisions of Annex I.13 to Legislative Decree 36/2023).

Value of the Service equal to € 531,478.91 not taxable VAT ex co. 1, n. 6, art. 9 of Presidential Decree 633/72, including all expenses pursuant to Ministerial Decree 17.06.2016.

The value of the service is net of social security and welfare charges (for a maximum of € 21,259.15 as a contribution of 4% CNPAIA).
