The city Freiberg intends to build a new building for a day care facility. The new building is to accommodate 100 childcare places, 36 nursery children and 64 kindergarten children. In addition to d. Group rooms are d. required sanitary facilities, a multipurpose room and d. necessary economic space, office, lounge for up to 20 employees, output kitchen, etc. provided. It should be provided as large an outdoor play area. The outdoor area must be designed in such a way that separate play areas are created for the crèche and kindergarten. The new construction is carried out according to the state of the art at a medium, technical level. The new building will be built and equipped barrier-free. It is also planned to award the following special services:
- Advisory services related to the granting of grants such as:
- Consulting services building physics.

- checking and evaluating side offers,
- Checking and values of construction-related supplementary offers,
- Display of defects and monitoring of defect removal within the warranty period for the trades where the bidder supervised the execution.
The commissioning takes place in stages divided into individual service phases. Upon conclusion of the procedure, the commissioning of LPH 2 and 3 for the construction project is contracted. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all planned service phases. Likewise, there is no legal claim to further appointment after provision of first phases of service.
The planning beginning from LPH 2 is scheduled for May 2019. Start of construction is for March 2020 and the completion of the construction (existence of the operating permit) is planned for June 2021.
