For the district of Bad Tölz / Wolfratshausen, the local transport plan is to be recreated. The performance picture to be provided is based on the "Guideline for Urban Transport Planning in Bavaria", published by the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology. The purpose of this notice is to explore the market in terms of single market relevance in services close to the border. The VgV does not apply because the currently valid threshold is not reached. The service is awarded on the basis of a letter from the Ministry of the Interior and for integration on 18 May 2018 in a negotiated procedure with an upstream competition to participate.
