The subject of the contract includes the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation as well as construction works for the construction of the Agglomeration Route – Stage II, covering the section from the Haliny Lubicz roundabout to the newly built roundabout at Leśny Dwór os. The approximate length of the main route is about 2473 m

The investment task has been divided into two parts described as the basic scope and the optional scope: 1) the basic scope includes the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the entire task, divided into two sections, and the execution of construction works for section 1 of the length of approx. 2253 m; 2) the optional scope concerns construction works for section 2 of the documentation covering the construction of the Agglomeration Route with a length of approx. 219.59 m, i.e.: construction of a road from the Halina Lubicz roundabout to the intersection of the Agglomeration Route with Zacisze Street and sections of reconstructed Prosta, Zacisze, Działkowa, Kręta and Różana Streets along with the reconstruction of the intersection of Zacisze, Działkowa and Prosta Streets. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex I.2 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.6. SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract should be made in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) contained in Annex I.4 to the SWZ.
