The purpose of this consultation is to provide cold link meals for The City's restaurants regarding:

-School, extracurricular and extracurricular catering for children and adults having lunch in the city's nursery, elementary and leisure schools,

-Catering for early childhood and children under 3 years old.

This public contract is qualified as a public service contract governed by the Cahier des clauses généraux applicable aux marchés publics de fournitures courantes et services (Ccag-Fcs) as resulting from the decree of 30 March 2021. The services give rise to an ordinary contract concluded at unit prices. The public contract is the subject of an allotment:

- lot 1: school and extracurricular catering

- lot 2: early childhood catering for children under 3 years old

the purpose of this lot is to provide meals in cold link for the restaurants of the City concerning: school, extracurricular and extracurricular catering for children and adults having lunch in nursery schools, elementary schools and leisure centers of the City

the purpose of this lot is to provide meals in cold link for the restaurants of the City concerning: catering for early childhood and children under 3 years of age
