This contract includes in particular:-the operation, management, upkeep, maintenance, monitoring, control and repair of all the installations, structures and equipment of the service, so as to ensure continuity of service-the carrying out of the works defined by this contract-the development and maintenance of the inventory of the networks and the tangible and intangible heritage of the service-the collection and enhancement of information relating to the operation of the Facilities and execution of the service-The regular and on-demand provision of all information on the technical and financial functioning of the service-Customer management (reception, reading and invoicing, management of complaints, etc.) - And more generally, all services, prerogatives or responsibilities arising from this contract
