The subject of the project is the implementation in the municipality of Złotoryja an open e-services platform, a digital platform integrating reference and field information resources of descriptive and spatial nature in order to publish them and provide related services, modernisation of programmes field services enabling the provision of e-services with the migration of data from old systems; implementation of e-services forms; purchase and implementation of electronic documentation management (EZD); purchase of field software for municipal cemetery management and training administrators and advanced users.

The subject of the project is the implementation in the municipality of Złotoryja an open e-services platform, a digital platform integrating reference and field information resources of descriptive and spatial nature in order to publish them and provide related services, modernisation of programmes field services enabling the provision of e-services with the migration of data from old systems; implemented e-services forms; purchase and implementation of electronic documentation management (EZD); purchase of field software for municipal cemetery management and training administrators and advanced users.

The Contracting Authority stresses that it is incumbent on the contractor's side to launch e-services and connect them to the contracting operator's SD IT systems. If the launch of the e-Authority portal with e-services requires upgrading IT systems and their API or receiving an API from the manufacturer of systems owned by the contracting operator, the contractor will lie on the contractor's side to obtain the necessary information for the execution of the order, conclusion of the necessary contracts, incur the cost of acquiring the API, etc.

The Contractor shall bear the total costs of acquiring the API or other tools from the manufacturers of the field systems owned by the contracting authority or other systems supplied, necessary for the implementation of this project.

The offer must not contain any hidden costs. Any necessary costs for the implementation of this project shall be borne by the contractor:

1. purchase of the e-Authority module, including integration with field programmes and implementation of item 1;

2. the development and implementation of e-service forms together with software for editing part 20;

3. purchase and implementation of electronic signatures, item 8;

4. purchase of EZD system, item 1;

5. Implementation of the EZD system in the Office, item 1;

6. purchase of e-cemetery module, item 1;

7. Implementation of e-cemetery module, section 1;

8. e-service implementation training and e-Office portal;

9. EZD implementation training.
