The subject of the contract is the successive delivery to the Recipients of deliveries (organizational units of the Ordering Party) of food vouchers for authorized employees of Poczta Polska S.A. to purchase supportive meals or groceries to be prepared by the employee on their own, with the exception of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages, in accordance with the requirements set out in Article 232 of the Labour Code and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 28 May 1996 on on prophylactic meals and beverages (Journal of Laws of 1996 No. 60, item 279). The said order was divided into ten (10) lots in quantities taking into account the scope of the subject matter of the Agreement covered by the right of option.
