It is responsible for the award, signature and notification of the framework agreement. Each member (Support Institutions and Party) must monitor the implementation of the Framework Agreement. The framework agreement shall be concluded with a maximum in quantity for all lots, with the exception of lot 2 which includes a minimum and a maximum in quantity. It was passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
