This contract relates to the replacement, integration and expansion of the security installations of the Antwerp North-South rail tunnel.
This contract relates to the replacement, integration and expansion of the security installations of the Antwerp North-South rail tunnel and mainly comprises (non-exhaustive):
- migration of the tunnel management system in the Antwerp North-South tunnel with the aim of ensuring the reliability of fire detection and other safety systems,
- integration into the renewed tunnel management system of existing tunnel ventilation systems (daily and smoke and heat dissipation - rwa),
- installation and programming of control - command posts via plc, visualization and command post for the fire brigade,
- integration into the renewed tunnel management system of existing fire detection in the tunnel and the technical buildings,
- integration into the renewed tunnel management system of the existing protection of the emergency exits and exits (overpressure, access control ...),
- delivery, installation and integration in the renewed tunnel management system of static and dynamic signage,
- delivery, installation and integration in the renewed tunnel management system of rail vehicle localization equipment,
- delivery, installation and integration into the renewed tunnel management system of equipment specifically for tunnel security of railway tunnels,
- delivery, installation and integration in the renewed tunnel management system of equipment and security of the technical rooms,
- civil engineering works for the adaptation of technical rooms (renovation and extension),
- applying the 4D bim model, during the preparation and execution of the work, to arrive at a correct bim model, which is delivered as an asbuilt file, this includes the location of all equipment in the existing ones tunnel environment, their installation and subsequent maintenance and management.
To comply with the new operational standards, the migration of the LonWorks network (Local Operating Network) into the tunnels will be necessary. A more future-oriented automation architecture will be implemented, such as a Profinet / Profisafe automation network, based on a new ram analysis (reliability, availability, maintainability and safety / security analysis) to give a safety integrity level to the most important (to be specified) ) safety functions.
The works will mainly be carried out in the tunnel and the technical premises of the North-South rail tunnel in Antwerp.
