This open call for tenders concerns the treatment and recovery of several types of waste for the Azur union (communes of Argenteuil, Bezons, Cormeilles-en-Parisis and the Frette-sur-Seine) coming from door-to-door collections, voluntary supply terminals, waste, etc.

It consists of three lots:

— tri-packaging of recyclable packaging, magazine papers and newspapers (for batch 1),

— treatment of bulky waste, rubble, rubble, plaster (for batch 2),

— treatment of plant waste (for Lot 3).

The description of the services to be performed is detailed in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) of each lot. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders. The market is covered by the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement.

The purpose of this batch is the tri-conditioning of recyclable packaging waste, paper and newspaper magazines of the Azur union (communes of Argenteuil, Bezons, Cormeilles-en-Parisis and La Frette-sur-Seine) from: selective door-to-door collection of the union's cities, selective collection as a voluntary contribution point of the union's cities.

It shall include, in particular:

— sorting of recyclable packaging and magazine newspapers in accordance with the technical requirements of the materials collection chain;

— packaging and storage of sorted materials;

— loading the sorted materials into the vehicles of the take-over;

— return of sorting refusals for incineration at the factory located at 2 rue du Chemin Vert in Argenteuil.

The purpose of this batch is the tri-conditioning of recyclable packaging waste, paper and newspaper magazines of the Azur union (communes of Argenteuil, Bezons, Cormeilles-en-Parisis and La Frette-sur-Seine) from: selective door-to-door collection of the union's cities, selective collection as a voluntary contribution point of the union's cities. The material valuation on bulky must be at least 20%, the remaining unvalued will be crushed and reported by the holder to the factory for a take over by the AZUR union.

This lot concerns the treatment with recovery of plant waste from the Azur union (communes of Argenteuil, Bezons, Cormeilles-en-Parisis and La Frette-sur-Seine) from:

— selective door-to-door collections of the trade union cities,

— technical services of cities,

— the waste waste of the Azur trade union.

The holder will recover plant waste in compost.
