1. The object of the order is delivery along with unloading of computer equipment and accessories.

2. The Contracting Authority has not divided this contract into parts and does not allow the submission of partial tenders.

3. A detailed description of the object of the order (SOPZ) is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate tenders and then make the subject qualification of the Contractor whose tender has been highest assessed in the absence of grounds for exclusion.

1. The object of the order is delivery, together with unloading of computer equipment and accessories, in quantities:

A. COMPUTER MINI PC WITH MONITOREM (computer with operating system and software, keyboard, mouse) — 55 sets

2. A detailed description of the object of the order (SOPZ) is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. Measures of evidence in question for confirming that the supplies offered meet the requirements laid down by the contracting authority, submitted with the offer

1) The Contracting Authority requests confirmation that the deliveries offered meet the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority, the submission with the offer:

(a) documentation/technical specification made available by the manufacturer of each contractor offered by the equipment/equipment indicated in the “Price Form” - Appendix No 1A to the SWZ (prints from the manufacturer's pages, copies of manufacturers' catalogue cards, manufacturers' statements), confirming fulfilling the requirements of the contracting authority. The attached documents must indicate the actual parameters of the equipment offered.

Where the documentation or technical specification of equipment made available by the equipment manufacturer referred to above does not contain all the parameters allowing for full verification of the requirements contained in the SWZ, it shall be permitted to submit in addition to the required documentation/technical specification an additional statement signed by the contractor addressing the missing parameters of the equipment offered (actual), confirming compliance with the requirements set in the SWZ.

In the event that the Contractor proposes an equivalent solution, he will also provide documents from the manufacturer of the proposed solution proving that the equivalent solution offered meets the requirements set out in the SWZ.

b) for the processor offered in the computer - item A “Price Form” (Appendix No 1A to SWZ):

- Prints from the period no earlier than June 2021 of the PassMark CPU Performance Test, containing CPU performance point results, published at: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php

or

- Prints from the period not earlier than June 2021 of the SYSMARK 2014 test for offered hardware configurations, containing the score results contained in the overall preformance column, published at: https://results.bapco.com/results/benchmark/SYSmark_2014

2) The Contracting Authority requires that the documents indicated in point 1 drawn up in a language other than English be submitted with a translation into Polish.

3. If the contractor does not submit the measures of evidence in question or the measures in question are incomplete, the contracting officer shall call for their submission or supplement within the time limit set.

4) The Contracting Authority may request explanations from the contractors regarding the content of the evidence in question.

4. The Ordering Party:

- does not specify employment requirements on the basis of employment relations, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Act,

- does not reserve the possibility of applying for contract award only by the contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Act,

- does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (8) of the Act,

- does not provide for a local vision and the contractor to check the documents necessary for the execution of the contract available on the spot with the contracting officer,

- does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement,

- does not provide for electronic auction,

- does not provide for the obligation of the Contractor to perform the key tasks referred to in Articles 60 and 121 of the Pzp Act;

- does not require the submission of tenders in the form of electronic catalogues or the attachment of electronic directories to the tender, in the situation laid down in Article 93 of the Act,

- does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to Article 261 of

- does not provide for the granting of advances for the performance of the contract.
