Renovation and extension of fire and rescue station 1 - BA 0+1, E.-Schlesinger-Str. 24, 18059 Rostock - lot 25 painting work

Fire and rescue station 1 in the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock is to be renovated and expanded. The project is divided into 4 construction phases. The preparatory measures (repair, demolition, media supply) and the new construction of the control center building with disaster control warehouses and workshops will be implemented in the BA0+BA1 construction phases that are now being advertised and to be carried out.

The service includes in detail, among other things

- approx. 5,500 m² wall coating on concrete, plaster or drywall walls

- approx. 1,350 m² painter's fleece on drywall

- approx. 2,500 m² ceiling coating on concrete, plaster or drywall ceilings

- approx. 2,200 m² floor coating, partly oil or heating oil resistant

- ca. 60 m² Geländerbeschichtung

- Scaffolding for your own performance as mobile scaffolding or room scaffolding (staircases)
