The purpose of the contract is to carry out a structural reform to improve automated information systems related to social services and their relationship with local corporations, given that in Castilla y León, the public responsibility social services system integrates in a coordinated manner the actions of the regional administration and local corporations with more than 20,000 inhabitants. This initiative represents a significant investment effort to improve the automated processes of residential care, dependency and child protection through a structured and coherent set of technological investments in digital modernization.
Specifically, the subject matter of the contract shall include:
1. Accessible system for the management of active ageing for Senior Citizens Centres.
2. Digital transformation system in management and access, based on the evolution of PreStava
Accessible Active Ageing Management System for Senior Citizens CentresThe Accessible System for the Management of Active Ageing in Senior Citizens Centres project will focus on five axes of action that include the different improvement initiatives identified on the base platform provided by the S2CITY project in the area of CPM.
• Axis 1: Improve the interaction of older people with S2CITY digital systems.
• Axis 2: Optimize the operation of the web backend of the CPM management area.
• Axis 3: Improve the face-to-face experience.
• Axis 4: Improve the remote experience.
• Axis 5: Digitization of the centers.
Digital transformation in people's management and attention to the social services systemThe object of the contract is the reengineering and computer evolution of the PreStava platform in such a way as to establish a new technological architecture that supports it, and on top of it all the existing functional modules and those detected as new, as well as the integration processes with the various systems with which is related.
