approx. 60,000€/year including work and supplies.
The offer must include hourly charge rates, travel expenses and any discount percentages for supplies, including VAT.
Any larger renovations and modifications will not be automatically covered by the agreement, but will be put out to tender separately.
The company must have sufficient professional experience and the required permits. adequate training for installation tasks. The contractor to be selected is required to present the certificates required by the Contractor Liability Act before signing the contract.
The contract period is 3 years + option 3 years if neither party terminates the agreement 3 months before the end of the first period.
The basis of comparison is the cheapest price (1. 100 points, 2. 80 points, 3. 60 points, 4. 40 points, 5.20 points, 6 and subsequent 0th points).
