1. The object of the order is the sale of electricity for 2022 to the Warsaw Purchasing Group, consisting of the organizational units of the capital city of Warsaw and other entities that have concluded with the City of the Agreement and the purchase of electricity generated in the power plant The Contracting Authority and introduced to the electricity network of the DSO. The execution of the contract will be carried out on the basis of the framework agreement and the implementing agreements signed separately by each of the Contracting Authority listed in Annex No 1 to the Framework Agreement, which constitutes Annex No 3 to the SWZ.

2. Contractors will award the contractor executive contracts to the Agreement pursuant to Article 311 of the Pzp Act, with the appropriate application of Chapter 3 of Chapter 3 of Chapter 1 and 2 of the Pzp Act.
