Occupational risk prevention services outside the Gran Teatre del Liceu Foundation.

Through this tender, the Foundation of the Gran Teatro del Liceo has the will to contract the provision of the occupational risk prevention service of others to comply with the obligation of companies to have a preventive modality (in this case, an external prevention service) , obligation established in the Law on Prevention of Occupational Risks and Regulation of Prevention Services. Occupational risk prevention is understood to be the set of activities or measures adopted or planned in all phases of the company's activity in order to avoid or reduce the risks derived from work (article 4.1 of Law 31/1995, Occupational Risk Prevention). These activities can be included in any of the following preventive specialties:

- safety at work,

- Industrial hygiene,

- ergonomics and psychosociology,

- work Medicine.

The four preventive specialties are interrelated with each other since through the four the same obligation is fulfilled by the company to guarantee the safety and health of the workers.
