Since 1978, APEC-Antwerp / Flanders Port Training Center, affiliated with the Antwerp Port Authority, has played an important role in the transfer of knowledge of all aspects of port operations from Flanders to the world. In all this time, standard seminars and customized training have brought more than 15,000 people from 150 countries to Antwerp and Flanders. As a result, the APEC name has become much more than a training center for the maritime world. APEC has become a window on the world that brings people and expertise from all corners of the planet closer together. APEC offers an all-in formula (seminar including hotel and transport on seminar days) for the participants of the seminars where quality, customer-friendliness and service are crucial for all facets. For the stay of the international participants, single rooms are almost always booked, including breakfast. Dinner may be offered as an option.
