This Tender was initiated to reduce the administrative burden for the Insurance Contracts to be concluded. As an intermediary, in cooperation with the Delta Education Foundation in the Municipality of Oosterhout (coordinator), Aon has taken the initiative to achieve an efficient process for both the Contracting Authority (s), Participants and Aon. The purpose of this Tender is that the framework conditions for the Contract are largely defined by means of a Framework Agreement. Contracting authorities can then conclude an Insurance Agreement on the basis of a Mini petition in accordance with these conditions. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to conclude an Insurance Agreement (conventional) for Contracting authorities for WGA ERD.
