The subject of the contract are transport services by self-unloading trucks carried out for the Ordering Party in 2023 and 2024, divided into tasks.
The subject of the contract has been divided into parts ("Tasks"):
Task No. 1 "Transport services in the area of the Forest Districts: Babimost, Bytnica, Cybinka, Krosno Odrzańskie, Przytok, Sława Śląska, Sulechów, Świebodzin, Torzym, Wolsztyn - north"
Task No. 2 "Transport services in the area of the Forest Districts: Brzózka, Gubin, Krzystkowice, Lipinki, Lubsko, Nowa Sól, Szprotawa, Wymiarki, Zielona Góra, Żagań - south"
The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more Tasks. However, the offer submitted for a given Task must cover the entire scope of the contract provided for in the SWZ for this Task. The services will be performed in the forest area, in the area of reconstructed and built forest roads. The transport will include in particular loose materials (aggregate, sand, humus, etc.), carps, branches and other materials.
"Transport services by self-unloading trucks in the area of the Forest Districts: Babimost, Bytnica, Cybinka, Krosno Odrzańskie, Przytok, Sława Śląska, Sulechów, Świebodzin, Torzym, Wolsztyn - halfTask No. 1 – The subject of the contract are transport services performed by self-unloading trucks with a capacity of 10 - 15 tons with side and rear tipping with all-wheel drives - 7 200 hours in the Forest Districts: Babimost, Bytnica, Cybinka, Krosno Odrzańskie, Przytok, Sława Śląska, Sulechów, Świebodzin, Torzym, Wolsztyn.
Additional information:
(a) For the performance of the contract, the contractor must ensure the simultaneous availability of min. 5 trucks with a load capacity of 10 - 15 tons with side and rear tipping with all-wheel drives.
b) Due to the fact that the working time of cars during the day will be counted from the moment of entry to the moment of departure from the construction site, the unit price of the vehicles specified in this part should include the cost of travel and return from construction to the place of garage. Travel time between construction sites within one day will be counted as working time. The Ordering Party guarantees a working time of at least 20 hours at a time.
c) Services will be provided on an ad hoc basis, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.
d) The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Representatives of the Contracting Authority ("Order"). The content of the Order is specified in the public procurement contract (Annex 9 to the SWZ).
e) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the value of the services being the subject of the order and contract by a maximum of 50%. The services will be settled on the basis of unit prices indicated in the offer and the number of hours
the service actually performed by the Contractor.
f) The Ordering Party does not ensure the protection of equipment left on the construction site after working hours.
g) In the event of equipment failure that cannot be removed within 8 hours, the Contractor is obliged to deliver to the construction site within 24 hours from the moment of failure of the second technically efficient equipment with no worse technical parameters.
h) Services include operator support
i) The subject of the agreement will be implemented in the areas of Forest Districts, which are subject to the certification process according to the standards specified by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC Council (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes).
