Essentially, the following services are to be performed:

— construction site equipment, including construction fence, crane, construction stream, water supply and sanitary container,

— topsoil removal: 65 m 3,

— ground excavation building base: 70 m 3,

— ground excavation in the building: 10 m 3,

— ground excavation grounds/floor slabs: 80 m 3,

— floor plate supplements, d = 15 cm: 40 m 3,

— rebar connectors 580 pieces,

— reinforced concrete staircase, in-situ concrete, 23 slopes,

— building waterproofing base area: 135 m 2,

— perimeter insulation base area, D = 210 mm: 70 m 2,

— masonry wall, d = 24 cm, HLZ A12/1.0, mg IIa: 112 m 2,

— interior plaster, lime-gypsum plaster, P IV: 224 m 2.

The district of Bad Tölz — Wolfratshausen is carrying out an upgrad+general renovation SEKE 2035 at the Franz Marc School in Geretsried. For this purpose, the construction master work published here and to be advertised in the course of procurement in BA2 is required (see II.1.4).
