The assignment aims to carry out the extermination of Asian hornet (Vespa velutina) in Flanders. This distinguishes between domains managed by the ANB and other areas that fall under other areas of competence. For these domains, other clients can make use of this assignment. Destructions in domains managed by the ANB are included in the ANB budget. Eradications will be handled via the management module of the VespaWatch platform. From the ANB, a dispatching is provided with the nests for extermination. The contractor then receives the correct information to be able to carry out the extermination and for whose account this extermination is.

This contract is a service contract within the meaning of Art. 2, 21° of the Public Procurement Act of

17 June 2016.

This contract concerns a framework agreement within the meaning of Art. 2, 35° and Art. 43 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.

The framework agreement is concluded with several contractors per lot and all conditions are included in the contract documents.

The contract has a duration of 1 year, counting from the date stated at the conclusion.

The framework agreement comprises 10 lots.
