1. The subject of this contract is: Delivery of medicines for the Health Care Team, Baczyńskiego 1, 55-200 Oława.
2. The contract shall cover 8 tasks.
3. Quantities, characteristics and technical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract are specified in Annexes No. 1, 5 and 9 to the terms of contract specification (SWZ).
4. The quantities contained in Annex 9 are indicative quantities. The Ordering Party will successively determine the size of the order (type and number of articles to be delivered) each time as needed.
5. The Contractor shall not demand the full amount of the subject of the order described in Annex 9, and will not demand compensation from the Employer in this respect, with the proviso that the Employer will use not less than 50% of the range.
