The provider must be prepared to provide shelving services to customers using the contract. Shelving service refers to regular deliveries of goods to the customer based on customer-specific verified use of products. In the shelving service, the supplier brings products agreed separately with the customer to a place/shelf/cabinet agreed with the customer, from where the customer takes the said products into use according to their needs. The introduction of the shelving service is voluntary for the Contracting entity, and its introduction is decided on a customer-specific basis during the agreement period.

The agreement also includes automatic warehousing services and on-call services as voluntary options for the Providers. The provision of automated warehousing services and on-call services is not a prerequisite for submitting a tender, but their production will earn additional points in the tender comparison. The introduction of the automated warehousing service and the on-call service during the agreement period will be decided on a customer-by-client basis.

Competitive tendering shall be carried out in accordance with an open procedure on the basis of which a framework agreement shall be established; The three (3) eligible bidders with the highest scores will be selected as contract suppliers.

The competitive tendering process is selected on the basis of overall economic advantage, with price weighing 63 points and quality weighing 37 points. The selection takes place in the order in which the bidders are scored. If several tenderers obtain the same number of points, the contracting entity draws lots for the selected tenderers. The lottery is a method accepted by case law.

The contract period is a fixed term of four (4) years. The termination period for both parties and Sarastian customer entities committed to the acquisition is six (6) months, despite the periodic ity.

The contract period will begin not earlier than after the procurement decision has received the legal force. The contractual entities (see contract base) will move within the scope of the contract to be done after the end of their existing agreements.

Contractors also have the right to purchase small technical supplies, chemicals and tools from outside this agreement in the case of a total contract for an entire property or object, or other similar construction or comprehensive contract.

By its offer, the tenderer undertakes all the terms and conditions set out in the tender offer and the tenderer shall not have the right to place its own terms and conditions on the offer. The contracting entity has the right to verify the information provided by the tenderer in the tender documents before making a contract decision. Offers that are contrary to the invitation for tenders, late or otherwise incorrectly submitted shall not be accepted.
