MCI type collective heating operation contract for a period of 5 years, CDC HABITAT in the name and on behalf of the Association Syndicale des Usagers des Chaufferies Collectives de Mourenx (ASUCCM)

The purpose of the contract is the operation of collective heating installations of the PF, PFI, CP, CPI, MC, or MCI type, for the production of heating and domestic hot water comprising all or part of the following services: - supply of fuel (whose remuneration is commonly referred to as P1); - management of installations and minor maintenance work (whose remuneration is commonly referred to as P2); - major maintenance and renewal of equipment (whose remuneration is commonly called P3).
